    Pay Range:  $45,000 to $50,000 

    Bonus Potential:  monthly bonuses

    Job Type:  Non-Exempt

    Requirements:  Must have prior multifamily management experience; customer service driven; experience with marketing and budget management; Yardi experience preferred; 2 years apartment manager experience, proven track record

    Responsibilities

    Manage the financial performance of the property by


    • Maximizing income
    • Controlling Expenditures
    • Ensuring Maximum Occupancy
    • Managing resident/prospect relations effectively
    • Overseeing resident retention, sales and marketing performance to include management of the asset’s online reputation and brand
    • Maintaining of the asset aesthetically
    • Preparing and analyzing budget forecasts weekly and monthly
    • Assisting in completing annual budgets to include asset preservation
    • Managing and motivating onsite staff to include recruitment, training, appraisals and orientation
    • Conducting Business in accordance with Nolan Real Estate Policies and Procedures and federal and local regulations
    • Monitoring and reviewing rents
    • Routinely walk the community to make sure no life/safety issues are present
    • Additional duties as required
    • Obtain the best vendors for each product and maintain all vendors/contractor communications regarding scheduling, billing and other relations
