    Location:  Raleigh, NC

    Pay Range:  $15-$17/hr 

    Bonus Potential:  receive leasing (up to $125 per lease), renewal (up to $135 per renewal) and delinquency bonuses

    Job Type:  Non-Exempt

    Requirements:  Minimum 1 year experience as Apartment Assistant Manager, Strong rent collection and sales experience required, Yardi preferred

    Responsibilities

    The Assistant Manager position will assist in the financial and operational performance of the property by:

    • Rent Collections, to include posting of rents, reconciling account ledgers, and Eviction processing
    • Maximizing income by file compliance, monitoring and enforcing compliance with community policies and regulations
    • Contributing to maximum occupancy
    • Completing and entering lease/renewal paperwork and other results data
    • Assisting in management of resident/prospect relations effectively
    • Impacting Resident Retention, sales and marketing performance and maintaining of the asset’s online reputation and brand
    • Touring apartments
    • Being a factor in the maintaining of the asset aesthetically
    • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports in a timely and organized manner
    • Assisting pm with staff and vendor oversight, motivation, and development
    • Conducting Business in accordance with Nolan Real Estate Policies and Procedures and federal and local regulations
    • Additional duties as required

     

     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 1 year managerial experience in the multifamily industry
    • A high school education or equivalent is required
    • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
    • Must be able to walk the property including climbing stairs

    Other Considerations

    • Experience with Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
    • Yardi experience preferred
    • Experience with accounting software
    • Familiarity with various social media sites for marketing purposes
