    Pay Range: $15-16/hr - pay negotiable depending on experience

    Bonus Potential:  up to $125 each month
    Job Type: Non-Exempt

    Requirements:  HVAC Certification, Apartment Maintenance Experience

    Responsibilities

    The HVAC Maintenance Technician will be an integral part of the financial and operational performance of our multi-family community. Come Join our Family!


    Contribute to the financial and operational performance of the property by
    • Maximizing occupancy by ensuring quality completion of service requests and make readies
    • Controlling expenditures pertinent to their department
    • Maintaining aesthetic appearance of the community at all times
    • Managing resident/prospect relations effectively
    • Positively contributing to the asset’s online reputation and brand
    • Knowledge and ability to perform electrical, plumbing HVAC, appliance, drywall repairs/replacements
    • Utilizing preventative maintenance techniques to ensure the asset is performing at it’s peak
    • Maintaining of inventory of stock
    • Completion of daily service requests and monthly logs in a timely and organized manner
    • Participation in team building activities
    • Conducting business in compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and in accordance with Nolan Real Estate Policies and Procedures and federal and local regulations and codes
    • Additional duties as required

     

    Qualifications

     Qualifications
    • A minimum of 1 year as a maintenance technician in the multifamily industry
    • HVAC Type I and II
    • CPO Certification
    • Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs. on a regular basis, walk the property including stairs, and work with heights and in adverse weather conditions
    • Valid dl and reliable transportation
    • Must be able to work flexible hours to include night/weekend call duty
    • Must be able to pass background check

     

    Other considerations
    • Computer literate
    • Proficient in Math
    • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
